Quality control and certifications

Incoming inspection, in-process checks, pre-shipment inspection and the documentation that ships with each order.

Quality control on our three-wheelers is a process, not a badge: it runs from incoming material through assembly to a functional test before the unit is packed.

Checks on every order

  • Incoming material. Frames, engines or motors, axles, wheels, electrical components and cargo bodies are checked against the agreed specification when they arrive.
  • Frame and welding. Weld quality, frame alignment and mounting points are inspected before paint and assembly.
  • In-process assembly. Brakes, steering geometry, electrics, lighting and drive line are fitted and checked as the unit is assembled.
  • Functional test. Each unit is started and road tested — brakes, steering, throttle, gears or drive modes, lights and instrumentation.
  • Pre-shipment inspection. Units are inspected again, photographed and packed in export crates before container loading.

Certification: what we claim and what we do not

Certification is only meaningful when it is current and covers the exact model you buy. The certification that can be supplied for a model is stated with that model’s specification in this catalogue — many models carry China CCC — and it is confirmed in writing in your quotation before you commit.

Requirements differ per market. Tell us your destination country and the approval you need, and we will tell you what we can supply for that configuration. We do not claim that a model is homologated in a market unless we have confirmed it for your order in writing.

Documents that ship with an order

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Model-level certification documents where held for that model
  • Inspection record and photographs of the finished units
