Factory and production capacity

Where and how the trikes are built: lines, welding and coating, assembly, inspection and packing.

TRIVARO is the export brand of Daqiang Machinery Trading Co., Ltd., based in Shenzhen, China. From here we handle model selection, specification work, order follow-up, inspection and export documentation for three-wheel motorcycles shipped to importers and distributors.

How a production run is organised

Every order is built against a written specification — engine or motor, body and cargo box, payload rating, tyres, lighting and packing. Before mass production we confirm that specification with you, including the changes that matter for your market.

  • Specification lock. The model, configuration and packing are fixed in writing before production starts.
  • Build in batches. Units are produced to that specification, not pulled from mixed stock.
  • Inspection before packing. Units are checked and road tested, then packed in export crates for container loading.
  • Documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are prepared for the shipment.

What we can send you

If you need plant information for your own supplier assessment, tell us what your process requires — plant profile, photographs or video of the line, equipment list, or an inspection visit. We will send what exists and say plainly what we cannot provide, rather than publish figures we cannot stand behind.

  • Current factory profile and photographs (on request)
  • Video call walk-through of the line and packout area
  • Welding, coating, assembly and inspection records for your order
  • Third-party inspection arranged at your cost, if you prefer that route

Container loading and packing

Units are packed in export crates with the wheels and handlebars secured. The number of units per container depends on body configuration and packing method, so we confirm the loading plan for your exact specification before shipment — that is the figure your forwarder needs for a real freight quote.

[email protected] — ask for the factory profile or arrange a visit.

Buyer questions

Questions buyers ask at this stage

Direct answers. If yours is not here, the export team replies within one business day.

01Can we visit the factory or see it on video?

Yes. Buyers can arrange a visit or a live video walk-through of the line and the packout area. Tell us the dates and what your supplier-assessment process needs to see, and we will organise it.

02How many units fit in a container?

It depends on the body configuration, wheel size and packing method, so we calculate the loading plan for your exact specification and quote it in writing. That figure is what your forwarder needs for a real freight quote.

03Can an inspection be done before shipment?

Yes. You are welcome to inspect the units yourself or to appoint a third-party inspector. We also photograph and document the finished units before packing so you have a record either way.

04How is the order specified before production?

The model, engine or motor, cargo body, payload rating, tyres, lighting and packing are fixed in writing and confirmed with you before the batch starts, so the units match the quotation.
