01 Why take the range

Four reasons a territory works.

Not a franchise package. A supply arrangement with the documents, the parts and the pricing that let you sell the second container as easily as the first.

01

Margin that survives freight

Distributor pricing is quoted per territory and per volume. The number you resell at has to clear freight and duty before it is a business.

02

Parts with the first container

Wear parts ship with the machines. A fleet that can be repaired in a week reorders; one that waits on air freight does not.

03

Documents, not promises

Specification sheets, technical documents and a walkthrough of the range for your sales team — in the language you sell in.

04

Territory in writing

Exclusivity is agreed per region and per line, in the appointment letter. If it is not written down, it does not exist.

02 Territories

Six regions, appointed one at a time.

Status is updated as appointments are signed. If a territory shows open and you already sell into it, say so — the conversation is shorter.

03 What a partner needs

Four things we check before appointing.

None of them are formalities. Each one decides whether the territory is still selling in year three.

01

Company profile

Registration, the lines you carry now, and how long you have sold into the market.

02

Showroom and service

Somewhere to display a machine, and someone who can repair one.

03

First order

A mixed container is allowed. The minimum applies per unit, not per model.

04

Market plan

The route, the buyer type, and a target you think is realistic.

04 How it works

From application to first container.

Four steps, each written down. Nothing moves to the next until the previous one is agreed.

01

Apply

Send the profile and the territory you want to cover.

02

Call

A short call on fit, volume and timing.

03

Terms

Appointment letter, pricing, territory and first order in writing.

04

First container

Loading, documents and the parts kit.

Buyer questions

Questions buyers ask at this stage

Direct answers, written the way we would give them on the phone. Anything missing: ask, and we reply within one business day.

01Do you appoint agents per country or per region?

Per country or per region, and per product line. A partner who only sells cargo trikes is not required to carry passenger models. The territory and the line are written into the appointment letter rather than agreed in conversation.

02Is this a franchise, and is there a fee?

It is a supply agreement, not a franchise. What is required is a first purchase order at distributor pricing. MOQ applies per unit, and a mixed container is allowed so you can test several models before committing to a line.

03What documents do you give us for homologation?

Model-level specification sheets, the China CCC certificates where they are held for that model, and the technical documents we have on file. Approval in your market stays with the importer; we provide the file, not a promise of approval.

04How soon can the first container ship?

Production timing depends on the model and the quantity, and it is confirmed in the quotation once the specification is fixed. We do not quote a lead time before that, because the number would not hold. Packing and export documents are prepared while the batch is in production.

05Who supplies spare parts to our customers?

Wear parts ship with the first container, and later orders can carry a parts allocation. We tell you which parts are specific to each model so your stock covers the fleet you actually sell rather than the whole catalogue.
