Privacy policy
Daqiang Machinery Trading Co., Ltd. (export brand TRIVARO) operates this website. This page explains what personal data this website processes, why, and how you can have it removed. Contact for any privacy request: [email protected].
What we collect
- Inquiry form data. When you submit the quotation form we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, email address, telephone or messaging number, country, the model you are interested in, quantity, and your message.
- Technical data recorded with a submission. For spam protection and to follow up accurately we also record the IP address the submission came from, the page the form was submitted from, and the date and time.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build visitor profiles. See the cookie policy for the small number of functional cookies this site sets.
Why we process it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation for the models you asked about.
- To correspond with you about specifications, shipping and any resulting order.
- To prevent abuse of the contact form (rate limiting and spam filtering).
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will remove it from our database unless we are required to keep records of a completed transaction.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Your details are shared only with the people who need them to answer your request, and — once you place an order — with freight forwarders or carriers where that is necessary to ship your goods, or where we are legally required to disclose them.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in this website’s database on our own server infrastructure. Access is limited to the export team.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to further processing of your inquiry. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
